Ekner, who specializes in institutional development and culture-led change management in the arts, museums, heritage, and urban development sectors both in Sweden and internationally. Her work focuses on empowering organistions to embrace innovation, foster collaboration, and adapt to environmental challenges, ensuring they thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
Ekner is active within the world museum organization ICOM - International Council of Museums, the European Museum Forum / Museum of the Year Award, Blue Shield International, and New European Bauhaus.
